AnyWorkX is a huge online marketplace where vendors of legitimate services can showcase their business and display their competence through their profile and experience to prospective customers who may need those services anywhere in the country. AnyWorkX is designed as an App that brings convenience and safety to both service providers and customers in need of services.
Which services are available on AnyWorkX?
There are different categories of services listed on AnyWorkX and we are continuously updating these categories. The service providers are referred to as e-vendors on the App. AnyWorkX is being positioned to be the biggest marketplace for legitimate service providers in the country.
AnyWorkX is a platform that connects service providers to potential clients. The concept of AnyWorkX involves the e-vendors (THE SERVICE PROVIDERS), the customer (SERVICE USERS), payment gateway (PAYSTACK), GPS location of users and the map.
The vendor registers on the App by downloading it from the Google Playstore and Apple Store; chooses the category of service s/he is into, fills in necessary details and uploads the images of his/her services for display on the wall of the App for the millions of the App users to see across the country. The vendor has the option on the App to enable or disable his/her availability to render service. Potential customers can only see service providers who have enabled their availability.
The payment gateway is provided by Paystack. Potential customers can shop real-time on-line for service providers, and they can decide the preferred geolocation or distance they want the service provider to come from.
Anyone with a smartphone can download and use AnyWorkX. The Vendor App is for anyone with the expertise to render a service (service provider/vendor). The Customer App is for anyone who at one point or the other is in need of an expert to render a service (potential customer).
A vendor is a service provider. Vendors are expected to register under a particular category of service or more in the AnyWorkX App. The services rendered are displayed on the walls of individual service provider and form part of their profile for easy viewing and ordering by potential customers nationwide.
Is it possible for a vendor to change from one category to another?
Yes, it is possible for the vendors to change from one category of service to another as long as they are skilled in it.
How many categories of services can service providers list on their profile?
A service provider can list a maximum of 3 categories of services.
Does AnyWorkX work on all of my devices?
Yes, you can use AnyWorkX on any device. You can also download our mobile application from Google or Apple Playstore for your Android and Apple devices respectively.
Do I need to pay to use AnyWorkX?
AnyWorkX is free. However, for customers and service providers to develop trust in the App, it is mandatory that both service providers and customers pass through different verification processes before they can transact business through the App. We place very high emphasis on the safety and security of users in developing that App. The user verification processes cost a token which is expected to be deposited into the in-App wallet.
What services can I request for on AnyWorkX?
You can request a variety of legitimate services ranging from menial services to professional services. As long as the service is legitimate you will find it on AnyWorkX.
How does a vendor get the money after a successful transaction?
Customers are expected to deposit the estimated cost of rendering the service in the in-App wallet. This amount is escrowed meaning both parties will not have access to it until the transaction is completed. Upon successful completion of a transaction, the Vendor receives payment into his or her own in-App wallet directly from the customer in-App wallet. The Vendor can always transfer the amount to their linked bank account any time after AnyWorkX.
Is there any commission charged by AnyWorkX?
Yes, AnyWorkX charge 15% on the service fee charged customers and 10% on the commitment fee? The commissions are deducted from the amount paid by customers before it is transferred to the vendor’s in-App wallet.
What exactly happens after ordering for a service?
After ordering for a service, the customer is able to see the vendors available and within the geolocation specified. Customers can vary the geolocation and the search for a service provider can cover the entire country. The customer is able to view profiles of all vendors available and select the vendor whose profile he/she is satisfied with. The customer is expected to fund their In-App wallet with sufficient amount of money to cover the commitment fee and pay for the service as payments are only made through the In-App wallet.
With the in-App audio call and messaging system, vendor and customer can interact seamlessly. This enables the customer give full details of the service to be rendered to the vendor. If vendor is satisfied, he/she then accepts the service request. The customer is expected to fund his/her in-App wallet with the commitment fee which will be escrowed in the vendor’s wallet and which will be the basis for the vendor to embark on the trip to where the service is required.
The customer is also expected to fund his/her in-App wallet with the estimated service cost agreed with vendor. This amount is escrowed with both parties not having access to it. Upon completion of service by the vendor, the customer confirms satisfaction with the job. AnyWorkX debits the escrow account to pay the vendor.
Is there an opportunity for customers to express opinion on vendors?
Yes. There is opportunity for the customer to rate the vendor on the App and can also add the vendor to their favourite vendors section so that they can easily book their services the next time it is needed. A vendor can also rate the customer. Both ratings will reflect on the profile of vendors and customers and could significantly impact on the transactions conducted through the App.
What happens if a customer cancels a job order?
In the event that a customer cancels an order after it has been confirmed by the vendor, the commitment fee paid by the customer is not refundable and will be paid to the vendor who may at that point have incurred unrecoverable cost. However, if a vendor cancels an order after acceptance, the situation is investigated by the AnyWorkX Quality Assurance Team and if vendor is found guilty of foul play, he/she is liable to suspension from the AnyWorkX platform or such account deactivated based on the significance.
What is a commitment fee?
The commitment fee is a fee paid by potential customers to prevent frivolous service requests and to cover the unrecoverable cost incurred by vendors while embarking on a trip to where the service is needed. The commitment fee is non-refundable if the customer is the one that cancelled the order. The commitment fee is paid to vendors and varies based on service categories, expertise, time and distance of the vendor to where the service is required.
How secure is the use of the App by Service Providers and Customers? Is user data protected?
Customer data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of customer order, their names, addresses, payment card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Moreover, card and PIN details are not handled by AnyWorkX, this is taken care of directly by Interswitch which is reputed to have an effective security system that protects card users. Users’ card details are absolutely safe.
Which payment methods are accepted on AnyWorkX?
Both vendor and customer apps have wallet feature. All payments are made through the In-app wallet. Both vendor and customer are expected to link their payment cards and bank accounts to the wallet for deposits and withdrawals respectively.
What happens if payment is not made through the App’s wallet?
AnyWorkX offer safety at its highest standard. There are features like GPS tracking, necessary information of vendors and customers, VoIP call, emergency button, 24-hour in-App support of dedicated Incident Response Team (IRT), trusted contacts that help vendors and customers to share their transaction details to five of their trusted people while they are on the move, so that they feel safe and connected. All the transactions on AnyWorkX are being monitored but when the vendor or the customer decide to go offline, that transaction cannot be monitored and in case of any mishap or emergency, necessary steps cannot be taken.
If payment for services ordered are not made through the in-App wallet neither AnyWorkX nor its parent company would accept liability or responsibility for anything on that transaction. Vendors and customers risk deactivation at any point a transaction that is activated is not concluded through the in-App wallet or there is suspicion that a part of the cost of service did not pass through the in-App wallet. It is against AnyWorkX terms of service, and we will have no problem with kicking erring vendors and customers off our platform.
What happens if customer is not satisfied with the quality of service rendered?
Upon completion of service, the customer is able to rate the services of the vendor detailing their level of satisfaction with the service rendered. The customer can also send an email to email@example.com if not satisfied with the quality of service rendered by vendor or to report a vendor. This will be promptly attended to by the customer service team of AnyWorkX.
Do customers receive an invoice for their order?
Yes. Customers will receive their invoice through the notification section of the app and via e-mail when they order for a service.
Can a customer cancel an order?
A customer can only cancel an order before the service provider is dispatched. After it is dispatched, the process has already been initiated and costs incurred. If the buyer insists, surcharge is 100% of the commitment fee.

Is it possible for a customer to order services from vendors anywhere nationwide without necessarily living in the same state with the vendor?
Yes. It is possible for a customer to order for services from vendors anywhere nationwide without necessarily being in the same location with the vendors.
How is AnyWorkX different from other free-listing and e-commerce websites?
The e-vendors on AnyWorkX are registered and authenticated through seven different stages of identity verification. So, the probability of fraudulent transactions is significantly reduced. AnyWorkX is all about customer’s confidence.
Can customers save time shopping for service providers online?
Customers can save tons of time when they shop on the App for best fit service providers. Customers do not have to drive around or making calls to friends to recommend service providers. They also don’t need to wait for the familiar service provider who is located at a long distance from where the service is needed. Customers can shop for service providers whenever and wherever they want. The App is open 24/7 and there will always be a service provider willing to work extra hours. The minute customers log into AnyWorkX they can find what they want and the profile that fits their need a lot faster than they can using alternative means.
How do customers track their order?
We will send an email and sms when a service provider is dispatched. Customers can also track the movement of the service provider through the in-App locator.
How will customers receive refund?
Customer will receive refund directly into their in-App wallet.
How long will the refund process take?
This depends on who is liable but should not exceed 14 days.
Does AnyWorkX offer support to all its customers?
Yes, our customer support team is available 24/7, Mondays through Sundays to assist and help you with any queries or complaints that you may have. How does a user attain the highest rating on the App?
By completing all levels of verification, a user becomes a top profile and a top pick. A top profile service provider is seen by many more people during a search while a top profile customer gains the confidence of service providers to accept the service order.
Can I delete my account at any time?
Yes, but we do not envisage any reason why you would want to exit an App that provides an opportunity to make more money. We would be sad to see you exit and would carry out an investigation on why you want to.
